CUSTOM AIR is seeking a Seasonal Service Coordinator (Customer Service Rep) to work full-time May-August. Custom Air is a residential HVAC company serving Central Ohio and this position will be based in our Gahanna office.
Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 / hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and provide information to the callers. Take messages and transfer calls. Communicate with customers via Podium platform.
· Enter and schedule Service calls and maintenances into our Database.
o Maintain client information.
o Coordinate call for dispatch and communicate with technicians.
· Knowledgeable of all aspects of the service department.
· Manage electronic filing systems.
· Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
· Monitors and reviews service calls and PM activity (daily, weekly, monthly)
o Activity
o Follow thru
o Proposal recommendations
o Recommended repairs
o Escalations
Other duties as assigned.
